Deposits: One night’s deposit is required to hold the
reservation, payable within 7 days of booking. Confirmation
will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
Cancellations: At least 7 days notice prior to date of arrival
is required for refund of deposit less Rs. 500 cancellation fee.
If less than 14 days notice is given, the deposit is forfeited
unless the accommodation is re-booked.
Check-in: 9:00 am. If this time does not conform to your
travel plan, please inform us.
Check-out: 9:00 am
Payments: Payments can be made by demand draft drawn in
favor of K. Balakrishnan.
Television: TV’s in some rooms.
Parking: Parking is available on the premises.
Laundry: Laundry facilities are available at an extra charge.
Power: We depend entirely on the township power supply.
